Notes on Building in Public

Sharing progress before something is finished feels uncomfortable at first. Early ideas are messy, half-formed, and easy to criticize. But building in public has taught us more than working in isolation ever did.

Feedback arrives earlier, when it's cheap to act on. People root for you when they've watched the journey, not just the launch. And writing about your own work forces a kind of clarity that's hard to reach any other way. If you've been sitting on something half-built, consider sharing it — the version in your head is rarely as ready as the version on the page.
